Rachel Larson has a M.S. in Biology from California State University Northridge and is currently a Ph.D. student at the University of Iowa. She studies wildlife in urban and suburban areas. Her Masters work examined coyote diet across the gradient of urbanization in Los Angeles, California. She hopes to continue similar research in her dissertation, understanding which landscape and habitat features attract wildlife to cities in the Midwest.
