Cancer biologist, PhD candidate, and science communication (scicomm) champion, Keighley Reisenauer blends her love of research with a forward-thinking approach to improving the way research is communicated by the STEM field. She is a driven and creative thinker with the ability to quickly transition ideas to impactful action, evidenced by her work with the outreach group she founded, connecting her local Waco, TX community with STEM graduate students at her home institution, Baylor University. Leveraging her time as a 2020 Fellow, Keighley aims to further these efforts and dive deeper into the science of scicomm.
