Why should I join the Legacy Society?

A planned gift to NCSE will be a reflection of your values by ensuring generations to come will learn the power and joy of scientific discovery as they are taught accurate science by confident teachers.

Your estate will receive a charitable deduction for the full gift amount so your heirs will not pay estate tax on those assets.

As a member, you will be listed on the NCSE website and in its publications, unless you choose to remain anonymous.

How do I become a member of the Legacy Society?

The simplest way to make a planned gift is to indicate a bequest in a will or trust or through a charitable designation naming NCSE as a recipient.

Ways to make a planned gift

  • Make the NCSE the beneficiary of your IRA and/or insurance policies.
  • Leave a percentage of your estate or assets in your will.
  • Set aside a certain dollar amount of your estate or assets in your will.

Are you ready to become a Legacy Society member and continue having an impact far into the future?
