Fossil Friday!

In our continued quest to bring you nothing but skulls leading up to the Day of the Dead on November 1st, we bring you...another skull!

Eric Meikle, one of our house anthropologists, had this to say about about this week's Fossil Friday fossil:

"This specimen is possibly a close relative of some others which are in the news TODAY (although discovered some years ago)."

Too big of a hint?

Bragging rights to the first person to correctly identify the skull, in the comments section of this post.

FYI—for those who follow NCSE on Facebook, you can use your Facebook account to sign-up for commenting on our site. No fuss, no muss—but maybe bragging rights?
