Archive Policies

The NCSE Library and Archives are available for on-site access to any interested student or researcher. Researchers from outside the NCSE organization should make an appointment in advance to ensure that the archivist will be available to assist them in their research.

Access to the institutional papers of the NCSE, i.e. the records produced by the staff of the NCSE, may be available, at the discretion of the Archives Project Director and the Executive Director.

Researchers must gain written permission to publish from documents in the NCSE archive before publication. Researchers should also note that while NCSE archives holds physical ownership of documents deposited with the archives, in some instances, copyright remains with the creator and the researcher must get permission from this person as well.
