Lisa D. White

Lisa D. White is Director of Education and Outreach at the University of California Museum of Paleontology (UCMP). A micropaleontologist by training, she and the UCMP education and outreach team continue to expand and improve the award-winning Understanding Evolution and Understanding Science websites. A Fellow of the California Academy of Sciences and the Geological Society of America, White has extensive experience with science outreach programs and she is active in efforts to increase access and inclusion in the geosciences.
